· Sun in Temple in the Property palace — the family property is abundant, and the ancestral estate is radiant.

· Sun Fallen in the Property palace, meeting Ram Blade, Hindrance, Fire Star, Bell Star, Earth Void and Earth Robbery — no land or house at all.

· Complete Book, volume 1, the section asking what Sun governs: “In the Property palace, one receives the sheltering grace of one's ancestors and father.”

· Complete Book, Volume 2, section on the Property palace: “The Sun in a Temple position: you receive the family inheritance, which is prosperous at first but not yet settled; with the Moon plus benefic stars, there is much land; with the Great Gate in the Tiger palace, it is flourishing, while in the Monkey palace you retreat from the family inheritance, though it is not that you have no property; in the Fallen position meeting the Ram Blade, Hindrance, Fire Star, Bell Star, Earth Void and Earth Robbery, you have none at all.”

The Sun in the Property palace: the “Complete Book” says of the Sun “in the Property palace, you receive the shelter of the forefathers' home”. The old books say that in the Temple position (the Temple position = a star with strong force) one “gets the ancestral estate, prosperous at first but not yet level”, meaning you mostly receive the ancestors' estate, but it is prosperous first and then turns ordinary, and keeping it matters more than creating it; in the Fallen position (weak force) and meeting the Ram Blade, Hindrance, Fire Star, Bell Star, Earth Void and Earth Robbery, fields and houses are “none at all”, meaning the Property palace is empty-handed and real estate cannot be kept. In the case of sharing the palace with Great Gate, the Sun entry says in the Tiger palace it is “flourishing”, in the Monkey palace it is “retreat from the ancestors, not without landed property”, while the Great Gate entry says “the Sun in the same palace, none at first and some later”, two views set side by side.
