With Heavenly Beam in the Friends palace, the “Complete Book” says “Heavenly Beam: many servants, making the master prosper”, meaning there are many subordinates who can make you, the master, prosper; sharing the palace with Harmony, someone helps keep the house, sharing with the Strategist, they are not of one mind. Your friends and subordinates are mostly experienced people who take responsibility, willing to mind the counter for you, and at key moments someone really steps up. Volume one also says that Heavenly Beam “in the Friends, Health and Appearance palaces is judged as abundant”, meaning Heavenly Beam seated in the Friends, Health and Appearance palaces is judged as thick and in surplus, so this palace in turn stands for plentiful personnel.
They really do give you mostly understanding and ideas, but do not take “only discussing spirit, not real matters” as the conclusion; that phrase speaks of supporting only in spirit and not doing real work, while the tone of the old texts is in fact that these people can make you prosper and truly help get things done. Judging people is what matters: when Heavenly Beam shares a palace with the Strategist, these people are not of one mind, so be careful before using them.
