Heavenly Beam in the Health palace – meaning in a Purple Star chart

· Heavenly Beam in the Health palace — Complete Book, Heavenly Beam question-and-answer: “in the Friends and Health palaces, appearance is judged as abundant”.

· Heavenly Beam meeting Sickness Talisman and Lawsuit — Complete Book, Heavenly Beam question-and-answer: “Sickness Talisman and Lawsuit encroaching are not read as disaster”.

· Locate illness by the earthly branch of the worst palace in the whole chart — to judge the Health palace you must look at the whole chart: for the palace where malefic stars gather most, take that palace's earthly branch to match the organs (Rat gallbladder, Ox liver, Tiger lungs, Rabbit large intestine, Dragon stomach, Snake spleen, Horse heart, Goat small intestine, Monkey bladder, Rooster kidneys, Dog pericardium, Pig triple burner), and the Health palace square is for reference only; do not infer the spleen and stomach from “Heavenly Beam belongs to Earth”.

· Complete Book, Volume 1, section “What the Heavenly Beam governs”: “It governs longevity; its transformed energy is shelter, which is blessing and long life, and it is the ruler of the parents' fate, turning violence and cruelty into peace and harmony.”

· Complete Book, Volume 1, section “What the Heavenly Beam governs”: “In the Friends, Health and Appearance palaces, it is read as plentiful. Meeting Integrity, Punishment and Taboo, you surely need not worry about disasters that strike and clash; meeting the Fire Star, Bell Star, Punishment and dark stars, you are likewise not blocked by campaigns and wars.”

Your Health palace holds Heavenly Beam. Heavenly Beam is a star of shelter, and the Complete Book places it in the Health palace under “discussing abundance”, treating it as a good position, but your health still depends on upkeep, and regular check-ups cannot be skipped once you are older.

The old books say of Heavenly Beam in the Health palace “abundant and ample”; to know which internal organs need attention, look at the earthly branch of the palace where malefic stars are most concentrated across the whole chart.

To know which internal organs need attention, do not go by the elements of the stars, and do not look at the Health palace alone: the palace across the whole chart where malefic stars are most concentrated, the weakest, you take the earthly branch of that palace and match it to an organ (Rat gallbladder, Ox liver, Tiger lungs, Rabbit large intestine, Dragon stomach, Snake spleen, Horse heart, Goat small intestine, Monkey bladder, Rooster kidneys, Dog pericardium, Pig triple burner), and if two palaces are both weak, look at both places. Heavenly Beam belongs to Earth, but judging the spleen and stomach that way is not how this is done. The Health palace is for reference only, and you must read it together with the Life palace and the ten-year Decade you are currently in. Have regular check-ups and listen to the doctor.
