My advice: in your work position, build up your ability to execute and to manage money. Whether to start your own business depends on whether the Wealth palace has Prosperity and Power, not on a Martial star in the Career palace alone. The thing to guard against most is being domineering: before an important decision, make it a rule to find one or two people to voice opposing views, and decide only after hearing them. Add a word of recognition for colleagues and subordinates, and only then can the team be led. The people who can help you are mostly in the area of capital and resources, so investors and elders who run real businesses are worth more of your time.
