Harmony in the Life palace – meaning in a Purple Star chart

· Harmony + Moon in Temple — the “Harmony, Moon, Harmony and Heavenly Beam” pattern signifies gentle wealth and rank.

· Harmony + Great Gate in Temple — the “Harmony and Great Gate” pattern signifies making money through eloquence, and suits education and culture.

· Harmony transforms its energy into “Blessing” — signifies enjoyment, gentleness, laziness and ease.

· Harmony transforms its energy into Blessing — you tend to be mild, easygoing and non-competitive, and you know how to enjoy life.

· Harmony guarding the Life palace dislikes an idle palace meeting malefic stars — the Complete Book says “Harmony guarding the Life palace and falling in an idle palace, with Fire Star and Bell Star malefics gathering, is even harsher”; malefic stars gathering in are not there to spark it but instead add more toil.

· Harmony belongs to Water and governs softness — Water's nature is soft and tolerant, so the character is mild and gentle.

· Harmony falling in an idle palace meeting Fire Star and Bell Star — the Complete Book says “Harmony guarding the Life palace and falling in an idle palace, with Fire Star and Bell Star malefics arriving, is even harsher”, and it is not read by the principle of rebound.

· Harmony (traditionally matched to Yang Water) — tradition ties this star to the kidneys, the bladder and the metabolism of fluids; but when reading illness you must look at the whole chart first and match the organs by the earthly branch of the palace where malefic stars gather most, rather than going from the star to its five element and then to the organ.
